Client Objective: The White Impact Group sought to raise awareness of their brands. Take-up of their core offerings in a London based event and to boost their overall presence in the UK. Their main goal was to achieve a minimum of 30 wedding bookings.
Challenges: Running the event in parallel with the National Wedding Show, including attracting client reservations & advertising within the wedding industry publications.
Approach: The key to success was clearly in thoroughly raising TWIG’s profile and presence in the lead-up and promotion of the event itself.
Strategy and Implementation: Kristina has worked with bridal media as part of an ongoing basis to familiarise UK audiences with the character of TWIG’s services. This has included pitching real weddings abroad over a range of key media channels. Kristina has also supplied media partners with expert practical advice and tips in convenient audio, video and text formats.
Kristina has also teamed up with a high-value business-oriented private members club to promote the events. The UK Portuguese society and the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce have been very helpful and open to collaboration. I’ve further listed the event on the essential event promotion websites for London.
Results and Evaluation: TWIG’s has been featured in Wedding, Wedding Ideas, Weddings & Honeymoons Abroad magazines, along with popular websites Lust List, Rock My Wedding, 5 Stars Weddings and others. All efforts have resulted in attracting over 50 appointment bookings from couples. Which have converted directly into wedding bookings with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £200,000.
