Campaign length: 18th June – 18th September 2018
AIM Escape’s objective was to make press and potential visitors of the newly opened escape rooms aware of the exciting experiences the entertainment brand have to offer. And of course encourage bookings.
The best way to encourage media to talk about the highly immersive games is to have them experience it first hand. Therefor, in the opening month the goal was to ‘recruit’ as many press members, influencers and bloggers as possible to come for complimentary experience.
Taking advantage of the opening press and bloggers reviews, I worked with Rakuten to launch AIM’s affiliate program aimed towards the blogger network, offering CPA for completed sales for the affiliates. Getting the bloggers on to the affiliate programme has encourage them to promote the brand beyond just a review, ensuring brands regular presence on their social media channels.
- TimeOut London, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Curios London, Horror Talk, The Independent, Londonist among others have featured and/or reviewed AIM Escape
- The activation has resulted in 29 backlinks
- 114 affiliate partners joined the programme
- Traffic generated by affiliate partners on the programme increased by 38%
- Moderate costs
- 19181 impressions within 2 months
